Much like our standard Hobbit House, our Inclusive Hobbit House is constructed from timber and highly durable plastics, ensuring hours of endless fun for years to come!
Due to the wide entrance and handy ramp, this item is accessible for children with both manual and motorised wheelchairs. One internal side has a timber bench seat, the other has room for wheelchair parking – allowing children of mixed abilities to enjoy the den together. The rear side is fitted with a large, clear, polycarbonate window for observation fun. The front walls have built-in colourful porthole windows. Around the outside, the Inclusive Hobbit House is covered in Artificial Grass. This provides children with an interesting tactile finish to encourage sensory play!
