Office Administrator
Maple Leaf Designs Ltd is a leading manufacturer and installer of playground equipment. Trading since 1990 we design, manufacture and install children’s playground equipment for schools and nurseries throughout the UK.
We currently have a position available for a Office Administrator based at our head office sited at Crewe Hall near Haslington, Cheshire.
Exact hours to be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Excellent communication skills liaising with existing staff and Directors.
· Must be experienced and confident in dealing with and responding to customer requirements.
· Have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Have comprehensive knowledge of all elements of Microsoft Office.
· Previous experience using Xero accountancy software or Adobe Photoshop would be beneficial but not a requirement.
· Be able to co-ordinate and work to deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
Administration
· Scheduling of works directly with customers and management of Directors schedules.
· Ordering materials and day to day management of site requirements.
· Processing orders and preparation of risk assessments.
· Processing and dealing with general enquiries.
· General administration duties.
Salary £14.00 per hour with paid holiday including bank holidays and pension contributions.
Free on-site parking available.
Full UK driving licence and own transport is required.
All applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.
The working hours are 8am -4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Must live within a commutable distance to our Crewe office or planning to relocate.
